Sunday & Wednesday Gatherings

You've probably heard it all before. We are just a close-knit church, we love Jesus, we preach the Bible. Then you visit and are not quite sure that it's true. Well, here at Gadara we're a small community rural type church that still have Sunday and Wednesday night services and we still have visitation (but we won't annoy you). Our members love Jesus, truly, and they love each other. This church keeps their focus on Jesus and God's word (the Holy Bible), and we know each other and spend time together (not just at church). So, come on over and visit us, talk to us, get to know us...and we'll do the same.

Time & Location

Our Sunday School (Life Groups) are at 9:45 a.m. and our Sunday morning services are at 11 a.m. Don't forget to check out a Sunday night service too at 6:00 p.m. Our Wednesday night services along with children and youth services are at 6:30 p.m.

Common Questions

What will Happen the First Time?
When you visit we will not ask you to stand up or embarass you. Sometimes you just want to observe, and we're good with that too. You will find a relaxed and calm atmosphere where we worship Jesus.
What should I Wear?
We want you to be comfortable. You will find many different styles that people wear from suits to jeans. Jesus wants you to come as you are, so do we.
What if I have Kids?
Just leave them in the car with the window cracked. NO! Seriously, we have some great volunteers who love our Lord and serve Him by giving of their time to disciple and grow our children. They are precious to us just as they are to Jesus.

What to expect

Our service starts with a warm welcome and worship music to help us prepare our hearts for worshipping our Lord. We then have special music by choir or other members and then we enter into the Pastor's sermon. Just before the sermon the children are dismissed to Children's church. We believe that church is to worship, praise, and give thanks to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
