Foundational Beliefs
GOD: We believe in one God, Creator of all things, holy, infinitely perfect, and eternally existing in a loving unity of three equally divine Persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Having limitless knowledge and sovereign power, God has graciously purposed from eternity to redeem a people for Himself and to make all things new for His own glory.
BIBLE: We believe that God has spoken in the Scriptures, both Old and New Testaments, through the words of human authors. As the verbally inspired Word of God, the Bible is without error in the original writings, the complete revelation of His will for salvation, and the ultimate authority by which every realm of human knowledge and endeavor should be judged. Therefore, it is to be believed in all that it teaches, obeyed in all that it requires, and trusted in all that it promises.
HUMAN CONDITION: We believe that God created Adam and Eve in His image, but they sinned when tempted by Satan. In union with Adam, human beings are sinners by nature and by choice, alienated from God, and under His wrath. Only through God’s saving work in Jesus Christ can we be rescued, reconciled, and renewed.
JESUS CHRIST: We believe that Jesus Christ is God incarnate, fully God and fully man, one Person in two natures. Jesus, Israel’s promised Messiah, was conceived through the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. He lived a sinless life, was crucified under Pontius Pilate, arose bodily from the dead, ascended into heaven, and sits at the right hand of God the Father as our High Priest and Advocate.
WORK OF CHRIST: We believe that Jesus Christ, as our representative and substitute, shed His blood on the cross as the perfect, all-sufficient sacrifice for our sins. His atoning death and victorious resurrection constitute the only ground for salvation.
HOLY SPIRIT: We believe that the Holy Spirit, in all that He does, glorifies the Lord Jesus Christ. He convicts the world of its guilt. He regenerates sinners, and in Him they are baptized into union with Christ and adopted as heirs in the family of God. He also indwells, illuminates, guides, equips, and empowers believers for Christ-like living and service.
THE CHURCH: We believe that the true church comprises all who have been justified by God’s grace through faith alone in Christ alone. They are united by the Holy Spirit in the body of Christ, of which He is the Head. The true church is manifest in local churches, whose membership should be composed only of believers. The Lord Jesus mandated two ordinances; baptism and the Lord’s Supper, which visibly and tangibly express the gospel. Though they are not the means of salvation, when celebrated by the church in genuine faith, these ordinances confirm and nourish the believer.
CHRISTIAN LIVING: We believe that God’s justifying grace must not be separated from His sanctifying power and purpose. God commands us to love Him supremely and others sacrificially, and to live out our faith with care for one another, compassion toward the poor, and justice for all. With God’s Word, the Spirit’s power, and fervent prayer in Christ’s name, we are to combat the spiritual forces of evil. In obedience to Christ’s commission, we are to make disciples among all people, always bearing witness to the Gospel in word and deed.
CHRIST’S RETURN: We believe in the pre-tribulational and pre-millennial return of our Lord Jesus Christ. The coming of Christ, at a time known only to God, demands constant expectancy and, as our blessed hope, motivates the believer to Godly living, sacrificial service, and energetic mission.
RESPONSE & ETERNAL DESTINY: We believe that God commands everyone everywhere to believe the gospel by turning to Him in repentance and receiving the Lord Jesu: s Christ. We believe that God will raise the dead bodily and judge the world, assigning the unbeliever to condemnation and eternal conscious punishment and the believer to eternal blessedness and joy with the Lord in the new heaven and the new earth, to the praise of His glorious grace. Amen.
“They received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so.” Acts: 17-11

HOW TO BECOME A CHRISTIAN
FIRST: realize God really loves you …John 3:16 ~~ “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
SECOND: realize everyone is a sinner … Romans 3:23 ~~ “For all have sinned and come short of the Glory of God.
THIRD: realize sin has a price that must be paid … Romans 6:23 ~~ “For the wages of sin is death but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”
FOURTH: realize Jesus Christ died to pay your price … Romans 5:8 ~~ “But God demonstrates His love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”
FIFTH: Repent of your sin against God and express faith toward Christ as your Lord and Savior.
Luke 24:46-47 And said unto them, Thus it is written, and thus it behooved Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day: (47) And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.
Acts 20:20-21 And how I kept back nothing that was profitable unto you, but have shewed you, and have taught you publicly, and from house to house, (21) Testifying both to the Jews, and also to the Greeks, repentance toward God, and faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ.
FINALLY: PRAY. Ask Jesus Christ to be your savior, forgive your sins, and claim His promise of eternal life … Romans 10:13 ~~ “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” God says that if you believe in His son, Jesus, you can live forever with Him in glory. Are you ready to accept the gift of eternal life that Jesus is offering you right now? If it is your sincere desire to ask Jesus to come into your heart as your personal Lord and Savior, then talk to God from your heart:
Here’s a Suggested Simple Prayer:
“LORD JESUS, I know that I am a sinner and I do not deserve eternal life. But I believe that You died and rose from the grave to purchase a place in Heaven for me. Jesus, come into my life, take control of my life, forgive my sins, and save me. I am now placing my trust in You alone for my salvation and I gratefully accept your free gift of eternal life. LORD, HEAR MY PRAYER.”
If you have trusted Jesus as your Lord and Savior, please let us know. We want to rejoice in what God has done in your life and help you to grow spiritually. It is our hope and prayer that you will join in our church family’s walk with Jesus and to grow in Him with us. We want to rejoice in what God had done in your life, and we want to help you take your next spiritual steps of believers’ baptism, personal discipleship and connect you with a spiritual family.
REMEMBER: Have faith … John 16:33 ~~ In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.
KNOW FOR SURE IF YOU’RE ON YOUR WAY TO HEAVEN
You’re not here by accident. Jesus loves you, and He wants you to have a personal relationship with Him. There is just one thing that separates you from God. That one thing is sin.
People tend to divide themselves into groups – good people and bad people. But God says that every person that has ever lived is a sinner, and any sin separates us from God. That includes you and me.
According to man’s rules, people should be punished or rewarded according to how good they are, and it might be hard for you to understand how Jesus could love you when other people don’t seem to. But I have great news for you! Jesus DOES love you! More than you can ever imagine! And there’s nothing you can do to make him stop! Are you thinking that you should make things right in your life before you come to Jesus? Many people feel that way, but that’s not what God says! For you to come to God you must get rid of your sin problem. But God says that you can’t make yourself right with God by being a better person. God wants to save you JUST BECAUSE HE LOVES YOU!
